What is your cancellation policy?

Alfred service is designed to improve over time, so it’s best to try us out over the course of a few months so we can learn your likes, dislikes, and habits.

You’re welcome to skip or pause your service at any time by emailing us at hi@helloalfred.com or chatting us in the app. Please note that scheduled services (think home cleanings and handymen) require 24 hours advanced notice of cancellation.
