How do I communicate with my Alfred?

Incoming requests are routed to your Alfred through our expert customer experience team at Alfred HQ. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9AM to 7PM EST.

To reach out at any time, either drop us a line at or tap the big red “A” button and select "Ask us anything!" in the app.

Sometimes Alfreds take breaks too. We observe most Federal holidays and all local school closures for inclement weather days. We’ll always send you a message to alert you of changes to your regular service.
