All transactions are billed through the credit card on file in the app. To make changes to your billing details, click on settings in the upper right hand corner of the app, then Billing Information.
The service itself is billed at the beginning of each month and covers the following four weeks of Alfred service. If you need to put your service on hold, never fear! Your account will automatically be credited for any weeks your service is skipped.
All additional costs (groceries, laundry, dry cleaning, etc.) are billed on a weekly basis following your primary service day.
